Can I modify and upgrade the type of my licence?
It is possible that your licence does not suit your needs, and you want to upgrade it.
Currently, you can upgrade the following licences:
- Mozaik STUDENT => Mozaik TEACHER
- mozaBook SCHOOL-LAB => mozaBook CLASSROOM
- HOME digital textbook => CLASSROOM digital textbook (this option is not available in every country)
In the case of Mozaik STUDENT, Mozaik TEACHER, mozaBook SCHOOL-LAB and mozaBook CLASSROOM licences, you can add XR or Multilang extensions without changing the licence type.
To upgrade a licence, you must have one of the above licences. Upgrading a licence is basically a purchase through our webshop, where you have to pay the difference between the prices of the two licences. The validity period of your new licence will be the same as that of your old licence (e.g. 2-year licence), and it will start on the day of the purchase.
Follow these instructions to upgrade your licence:
- Click on your name (1), and choose the My licences (2) option.
- Find the licence you want to upgrade. Click on the Upgrade button (3).
- On the screen that appears, you can see what licence the selected one can be upgraded to, while at the bottom of the screen, you can see the price difference between them.
- In the case of some licence types, you can add an XR (4) or a Multilang (5) extension as well, even without modifying its type. (For example, with VR headsets, you can use only licences with XR extension.)
To add these, tick or untick the corresponding boxes. The price will change accordingly. - After selecting the upgrade, place the new licence in the cart (6), and finish the purchase (7).
